“We have purchased several dozen of T788 Fingerprint locks over the past 4 years, same unit under different names. We have experienced several problems which have been corrected over time. One large problem was the failure of the all of the door catches which Go Keyless customer service sent replacements for, thank you for that. It appears the catch problem has been fixed however we are now having a frequent failure of the spring that returns the door lever back into place. The configuration of this product fits the needs of the retail stores we service and its good that they appear to have solved frequent quality problems over time (they have yet to solve the spring problem). “Well, I really like the concept of the lock and the delivery was great. I had a couple little problems installing it. I did figure it out and it seems to be working just fine now. The biggest problem is the interpretation from Chinese to English. The say one thing and show another. (wire positions) Also when lining up the (arrow ????) very vague. I seen the arrow but .. what do you line up to. I actually broke one of the wires because of how and where they wanted me to put them. So I had to fix that. I know that you did not make the lock or instructions but maybe Trinity can review the instructions again.” Larry, Clearwater, FL
“I installed the Trinity 788 into an interior door of my parents' house. The installation and setup was easy and straight-forward. “I purchased and installed 3 of the Trinity T788 keyless fingerprint locks about 3 months ago. They were very easy to install, as I have never even installed a door knob before. I use them to separate different areas of my office that only approved personnel can pass through. Configuration was a breeze and has worked flawlessly for my application. Each lock is used over 60 times per day and I still have not had to change the batteries. The ability to add a user for temporary passage and delete them with only a few key strokes is very convenient. It is also nice to not have to rekey locks after someone leaves or is dismissed from employment. I would highly recommend to keep a list of the numbers that are associated with each persons fingerprint so it is easy to delete them at a later time.
