Should you find you need to return the item simply contact our RMA Department by email at RMA@gokeyless.com for an RMA number. (RMA #'s are valid for 30 days from the date of your original order. The product must be returned to us within the prescribed time) Return your item to us in resalable condition, and we will refund your purchase price less your shipping. (Remember to include the RMA# for we can only accept and process returns with an RMA#)

Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Return must be received into the RMA Department within 30 days of your original purchase with a valid RMA#. We may make exceptions and offer an RMA # after 30 days of original purchase. In these instances a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- Resalable condition: The item cannot have been installed and it must be in its original packaging just like it was received. All instructions and templates must be retuned as well.
- The item needs to be returned just like it was sent: inside of another protective box. Do not use the item box as the return box. Putting shipping labels, writing or taping up the box will result is restocking charges and possibly void the return.
- The RMA# needs to be displayed on the return label and the package must be received by the expiration date of the RMA#. If you ship back a return that does not have an RMA or exchange number you may not receive credit for the item or you would be subject to a restocking fee.
- The item must arrive at our office located at the Dayton Int'l Airport within 30 days of your original order date.
When these conditions are not met there is a 25% restocking fee to replace parts, packaging or any other damaged or lost items.
*Cancelled orders that have already shipped (generally items ship within 2 hours after ordered) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*30 day guarantee is for orders of 12 locks or less, and for orders of locks (not accessory items) that we have in inventory listed on the site. We cannot accept returns of custom keying orders, whether standard or IC/removable core cylinders. When you are needing more than 12 locks, call us toll free at (877) 439-5377 to order first lock, try it out to be sure it's exactly the one you want, then call or email us to place remaining order.
*Morning Industry locks must be unopened and in original packaging when returned to us for a full refund - the manufacturer's packaging of the Morning locks is such that once the plastic packaging seal is broken, the lock is not resalable. Orders of Morning locks that you order keyed alike, cannot be cancelled as our locksmith has to break the packaging seal to key the locks. Any lock purchased against the recommendation will void the return policy i.e. cylinder lock is purchased rather than a mortise when it is explained that only a mortise lock will work.
