Items listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship unless they are marked as back ordered. Upon receiving your payment and verifying your shipping address, your ordered item will be shipped. Generally orders received by 3pm Eastern time are shipped same day.
Special orders, for example when you want your locks “keyed” the same, or if you are ordering a complex access control system, may take additional time to process. This additional time can vary, but is usually from 1-2 business days.
Our product selection expands weekly, if there is an item you want that is not on the site currently, there is a 99% chance we can get it and have it shipped to you quickly.
Shipping Methods and Costs
The item you order from www.gokeyless.com, and the location you are having it delivered to will determine the various shipping methods you have available to you. This will also determine associated shipping charges.
Generally, items are shipped UPS ground. (We can use your UPS account #, or if you have a Fed Ex account # we can ship your item Fed Ex) Items being shipped ground to the 48 contiguous U.S. addresses can take anywhere from 1 day to 5 days depending on your delivery location. Midwest and East delivery address usually take the shortest time, Mountain and West address a little longer.
*When your total checkout price exceeds $499.00 you qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping unless you have chosen an express delivery method.
*For delivery locations in U.S. lower 48 states only.
Express delivery, including, 3 Day, 2nd Day, Overnight, and Overnight Early AM are available. To make sure your item is shipping express, be sure to select the express shipping option at checkout when placing your order.
Items shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, generally take 5-10 days for delivery. Ground shipments to HI and AK will be sent UPS.
Note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

For shipments to Canada you can select from USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. You are given two USPS and two UPS delivery options at checkout. Items usually take 3-7 days for delivery. This time may vary as however as each customs agency is different in their processing time.
International shipments are accepted and shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority International, or UPS International.
Tracking details will be emailed within 48 hours of your item being shipped.
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday – Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Circumstances beyond our control, such as weather related events and natural disasters may cause a delay in shipment.

Tracking your Order
Upon placing your order you are notified of your order’s status by email, and you may also check the status, under the My Orders section by logging in. Tracking numbers are assigned to all orders via the carrier, Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS and may take up to 48 hours after your item has already been shipped to appear in the carrier’s tracking system. This means that although your order is already on its way to you, details about your shipment may not be available for up to 48 hours.
