I wanted to use it for a while before submitting a review. But, I'm impressed, had it for awhile NO problems. and the best part was all the extra's to help install it. Thank you. Simply put, I love this lock set. It provides me with a sense of security in my home. I rent out 3 of the rooms in my home and have this on the door to my room. It's simple enough to install, only took about 20 minutes including finding the tools. And is set to allow only my girlfriend and self inside. The Response and Verification is quick and usually a one time go. I had maybe twice in the past month where it took a second try usually when I'm fresh out the shower. It's sleek, and professional looking for any modern or workplace setting and simple enough that it doesn't look out of place in a hallway. I purchased the Anviz L100 because my wife and I were tiring of searching for our keys to get into the house with grocery bags and briefcases from work. The installation was fairly simple for someone experienced in moderate home repair. The instructions on programming and everyday usage left much to be desired in that they used improper grammar and different terms for the same component many times. I spent a week trying to get it figured out, even though I have two master's degrees. It was easy to tell that they were written by someone not familiar every day English.
