Why don't we show the price?

Retailers like GoKeyless have the legal right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how those prices may be communicated. Because our price on this item is lower than the manufacturer's "minimum advertised price," the manufacturer does not allow us to show you our price until you take further action, such as placing the item in your shopping cart. The steps required depend on the details of the manufacturer's minimum advertised price policy. Taking these steps allows GoKeyless to show you our price consistent with our goal of always offering you the best buying experience.

This won't require you to purchase the product. You can easily remove it from your cart if you decide not to buy it.

DISCONTINUED — Check out new Z-Wave MultiSensor

The EZMotion Z-Wave 3-in-1 sensor enrolls with any Z-Wave home controller.  As a premium-duty motion, temperature, and lighting sensor, the EZMotion gives you real-time reporting of events taking place at your home.  Compatible with the Vera Lite, Vera 3, Schlage LiNK, Nexia, or other Z-Wave platform, you can monitor your home remotely from an internet-connected PC, and your smart phone.  As a certified Z-Wave device, the 3-in-1 sensor helps you keep your primary residence, second home, vacation home, or beach rental in perfect running order by letting you account for movement, current temperature, and lighting levels at your property.  This sensor is a must for any Z-Wave network.  It not only saves you from a potential catastrophe, it communicates with up to 4 of your other ZWave devices, letting you create automated scenes for personalized comfort and security.  There are a handful of ways you can use this sensor, one being to combine it with the Zwave door / window sensor to design a self-monitored security system, by-passing the false alarms, and monthly fees associated with a centrally monitored service.  Another idea is to utlilize it with a Z-Wave camera for recording video of the object which caused the sensor to detect motion.  You might even place one in the kitchen next to the stove so you get an alert by text or email should the burners be left on, causing the temperature in the immediate vicinity to rise above the threshold you pre-set for sending you notifications.

Advantages

Motion Sensor:  The sensitivity of the EZMotion motion sensor is fully adjustable, allowing pet owners to tweak the unit for best performance without false positives. The unit has a range of 30 feet and a sensor angle view of 90° (horizontal). For best performance, mount the unit flush against a wall at a height of 6-8 feet. It is not necessary to point the unit downward. An exposed side-mounted button allows for easy unit testing and setup and the default setup cycle (10 min's) provides users and installers plenty of time to configure the unit.

Illumination Sensor (Requires a controller like Vera):  The illumination sensor of EZMotion can be programmed to work in tandem with Vera to ensure greater lighting accuracy under a wide variety of conditions. Use it to light rooms before 'sunset' on cloudy or overcast days. Use it to prevent 'on' commands when sufficient natural light is already available.

Temperature Sensor (Requires a controller like Vera):  The temperature sensor of EZMotion can be used to adjust heating and cooling systems to keep the room comfortable. Use it also to monitor areas of concern where conventional thermostats are not installed.

Battery Level:  In addition to sensing motion, light and temperature, the EZMotion also monitors its own battery condition. Use this feature with Vera to trigger email, phone or text to speech alerts if the battery drops below a certain (user definable) point.
