I was happy enough with the lock to purchase another one since my first order. I love the ability to unlock the door with a clicker, but am a bit afraid that a thief could intercept the code, or somehow have the ability to open it as well through whatever technology the FOB uses, so I use this lock as one of two, and only use it alone for short trips like when I go on errands, but not for the whole day. I purchased the lock recently from Gokeyless.com. I been real pleased with this lock in fact I plan on purchasing another as soon as I get around to the time. The lock was very easy to install and set up. The remote was bad, it would only work when the cover was off. I called Gokeyless.com they gave me the manufactures phone number. The manufacture was very good to work with, they sent me a new remote at no cost. My Wife was upset when I got the new lock. She told me it was another gadget to play with. Remote works well on inside of steelclad door from top of the stairs! Installation was easy, however, programming the second remote has proved daunting. Stopped in frustration and will try again when weather improves as working in the doorway in this cold is not fun.  Rich from Pennsylvania
