This was the eighth E-Plex that I have bought in the last five years. We like them so much that we are using them in new construction as well as retrofitting projects. The battery life is excellent. In fact, we haven’t replaced any batteries, and have never experienced a failure. If an entry code needs to be changed, it can be done in a couple of minutes; no more rekeying.
