I like the lock but it didn't come with any operating instructions, it took me a few hours to find them online, but I got it done. Also my wife's finger prints are to faint for the lock to operate. Tim, Huntsville, TX
Thus far, I'd give you very high marks for the appearance of the lock and a solid A+ for your support. Unfortunately, I tried for days to get the first one to work, and after a dozen or so tries it registered my right index finger but then I could never get it to recognize it to actually open the lock. :-( I had waited months between buying the lock and having it installed, but Tom Johnson was a SAINT and allowed me to return it. (Indeed, he shipped me a new lock without requiring me to return the old one first.) I hope I'll be able to get the new one to work, in which case I'll leave A++ feedback. If this one doesn't work either, I may just not mention the lock and leave a review emphasizing your outstanding customer service. The problem MAY be me. FYI, I also spoke to another one of your technical people -- and he was every bit as nice as Tom. So despite my frustration with the lock, I could not be more satisfied with your company. Whether you call or use email, GoKeyless responds in a prompt, professional manner. Their pricing is very competitive and unlikely you will find a price that is significantly lower (including eBay). I will continue to purchase keyless locks from them for all my home needs. In regard to the BioAxxis biometric/fingerprint lock, I would not recommend based on my limited experience. While the lock is high quality and looks great, scanning fingerprints properly is not easy. It often takes multiple attempts to scan properly. I would recommend the keypad type locks.
