I am very happy with this purchase. I bought it as an alternative to a battery powered combination based lockset which was not reliable enough. The batteries in those units always lose power at inconvenient times and are underpowered. This product is well made and feels durable. The operation is simple, I use this on a rental property and its ease of use is a plus when working with tenants. I intend to purchase another similar lockset of the same brand for a different property. This particular model is best for replacing a "deadbolt," not a "door knob" based lock.
