I have Installed and used the Simplex LD 470. It is very easy to install and to program. The lock is being used as a security measure in the first floor bathrooms in one of our office buildings. I have gotten no complaints with the operation of the devices. The only negative I have is that the buttons are a little hard to read. The lock is a good value for the money. We really like our new Simplex LD472 keyless lock. It works well. We were using this lock to replace an existing commercial lever style handle. I thought it would be an easy replacement project, but the holes for the new lock did not line up exactly with the previous hole and it took several hours to install trying to get everything lined up correctly so that it would work. Once we got it installed however everything is great. One thing to consider as well is that you have to take the entire lock off to change the code. Overall we are pleased. Beth from Texas
