For how fancy this product is, I was amazed how simple it is to install. Although I am a female and mechanically inclined, this would still be simple for anyone to install. My husband had mentioned, on numerous occasions, that we needed a front door lock that eliminated the need for keys. Based on this, I elected to give it to him as a ‘birthday gift’. He was so pleased & immediately began the installation process. We are still ‘struggling’ with getting the ‘fingerprint’ access operational. Also – I recall reading (I think) that there is a setting/mode that will allow the door to remain unlocked. Have not determined how that works. Once both features are ‘activated’ satisfactorily – I have no doubt we will be satisfied. Instructions on all features somewhat limited.  Lou from Louisiana
