Customer Questions & Answers

This product features a power failure override in the event the batteries die and you cannot access the battery pack. With a PP3 battery, you can connect to the contact pins around the blue and red LEDs. Then type in the Master Code for this unit. The lock will open, allowing you to change the batteries!
- Answered by the admin
As with most battery powered locks and products, it mostly depends on how often the lock is used. This product in particular is rated for 15,000 cycles (or uses) before the batteries should be replaced. When the batteries are low, the lock will provide you with a red flashing LED, indicating the batteries need to be replaced soon.

- Q Can multiple codes be programmed into this system for multiple users or is it a one code for all ... answer nowAsked by June 14, 2018 11:59 AMonA
While it has four different levels of users it has two modes of operation, you can do a private use which would be one single code used repeatedly by a user or you can do shared use which would again allow only a single code to be used but it would be added and deleted everytime a new person uses the lock. The second option is best for gym locker rooms or other shared type facilities.
