Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Q Our lock broke and we want to remove it. How do you take off the one-way screws? answer now
Asked by Karen Delucchi on September 17, 2020 12:07 AM
    Answered by the admin

The one-way screws are meant to be permanent and cannot be uninstalled with a normal screwdriver. In this case, the best option may be to drill the screws out or use pliers to attempt to remove the screws.

  2. Q What is the throw of the bolt? answer now
Asked by Lewis on August 3, 2020 10:03 AM
    Answered by the admin

The throw of the bolt is 9/16 of an inch.

  3. A This lock is typically installed on those type of fences. You may want to look at our Magna Latch series as that might be better suited for your application. Please see the link below.
  4. Answered by the admin

Unfortunately, no we do not. It would have to be ordered and shipped from the US.

  5. Answered by the admin
Yes, this should have no issue being installed on a vinyl fence.
