Customer Questions & Answers
- Q Does it have a deadbolt? Does it come with carriage that attaches to door jam for latch and bolt ... answer nowAsked by Josh on December 18, 2020 8:28 PMAnswered by the admin
This model does include the deadbolt along with the latch itself and includes all components needed for mounting to wood or metal doors. This can be reversed for either side of the door and does not need to be ordered specifically for a left or right-handed application.
- Q Is there a door handle on the outside? Do you need a key or can you or police enter this door? answer nowAsked by Mark on April 21, 2020 9:52 AMAnswered by the admin
This is an exit only device with no hardware for the exterior side of the door as this is typically used on doors that are not accessible from the outside.
