Customer Questions & Answers

  1. A

Check the center-to-center distance on your  bore holes. This cover plate is 9 inches tall and will likely not cover all deadbolt holes.

  2. Q Is there a push side and pull side to the wrap-around? answer now
Asked by Kenneth Cavanagh on March 25, 2022 3:43 PM
    A

The wrap plate is universal for either side of the door and is not marked for push/pull.

  3. Q I need it to fit a thinner door. answer now
Asked by Dustin on November 19, 2021 6:25 PM
    A

Don-Jo makes custom plates if necessary. Please contact our sales team at [email protected] or at 937-247-9327 option 1 for more information.

  4. Q Will this plate cover SAFLOK card key lock that I am replacing? answer now
Asked by Gary Whiting on October 4, 2019 8:28 PM
    A

This will depend on the model of the lock that you are replacing. Typically, this plate will cover any holes left by previous installations. However, if you are using the MT series, you may need a taller plate as there may be exposed mounting holes from the top of the unit.
