The Kwikset Convert is a smart lock conversion kit designed to provide you with the capabilities of a smart lock without having to give up your existing deadbolt. Give yourself peace of mind with the optional 30-second auto-locking feature, which will engage the motorized deadbolt after you leave. An interior LED light can be enabled for a visual indicator of a locked or unlocked status. Once connected to a Z-Wave system, you can remotely lock or unlock your door, allowing guests into your home even when you’re not there. Notifications can be sent to alert you when someone has locked or unlocked the door. The Convert can also be set-up with your Z-Wave system for scenes and trigger events, such as automatically turning on lights and the thermostat when you unlock the door.
