When you are looking to use one your new keyless lock on a gate or fence but can’t seem to find a way to attach it, then this gate box is exactly what you are looking for. Its heavy duty and is perfect for pool gates, fences, garden gates, patio door locks, infrastructure facilities, or just about any door or gate that needs access to be restricted from one or both both sides.
Gate box is designed to fit to the fence, gate door, or hinged door either by welding or bolting through. Any of our Lockey 2000 Series, and 3000 series locks will mount to it, single or double sided. The gate box works with 2 3/8″ latchbolts or deadbolts.

The latch screws are threaded for M4 x 16mm wood screws.

Yes, this gate box will certainly support the Lockey 3835.

This gate box should have no problems attaching to a 2" gate.

This will not work if you are looking to avoid welding. You would need to look at the 2900 series locks as they are specifically designed for chainlink fence setups. We would encourage you to speak with our fence and gate department to ensure you get the best product and setup for your needs.

The keypad is easy to install. I bought the double keypad for the pedestrian gate at the fence. It works effortless and keep the gate locked from both sides. Very pleased with the product .

It’s sturdy enough but if it’s going on a gate that’s outside (which most are) then buy one that will stand up to the elements. We’ve only had this one for 2 months.

This box was easily welded onto my antique gate, and the double lock fit like a glove. Not worth making your own, just buy this along with the locks, you won’t be sorry.
Note: I primed and painted before the box was installed, then just touched up the paint before installing locks, that way no paint would drip onto the beautiful locks.
