This key safe needs to be bigger and key hook improved

    JOSÉ HIQUIANA (verified owner)

The entire Key safe should be a bigger to allow more keys to be stored inside it and key hanger slightly hooked so key ring does not slip off.

    re calibration of code

    Jeff Thomas (verified owner)

The issue I have is that the screw in the back is so tight I cannot remove it to re calibrate the combination…..It will “strip” to screw if I continue….why would you ratchet it down so much….UUGGHHH

The best lock. Nice and solid

    RV Bentley

This is made of a really solid piece of steel. The best lock box I have used. The buttons are such that you can see them in dark or wet conditions.

Well built. The only complaint I have is if you mount it on a wall, the keys slide off of the piece where the keys hang on – you have to hold the keys on the bracket when you close the box or they slide off. This unit should have a hook instead of a straight bracket. I found a rubber washer to put on the bracket after the keys are on to prevent them from sliding off.

I own a office and all my locks to my office are operated by keyless codes so I wouldn’t have problems with my employees making keys however I needed a place to store a back up key incase the battery went dead so I purchased the key box from GoKeyless and when it arrived I was very i me to change the codes at any given time would highly recommend to any one looking for a product like this for there home or office.

I like the product it seems to be built well for what it is. The second one I got appeared had a mis-stamp on the logo but nothing major at all. The cost is a little high for what it is and I think you would do better at a retail near or around $30. Customer satisfaction and shipping was fine. I would recommend this product but with caution of price.

Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Answered by the admin These locks are rated to be outside and used in both wet and cold conditions. Because this is a pushbutton lock there is not a concern for electronic failure.
