This feature would be dependant on the system that you are using with your locks to program the fobs. Typically, if the lock is standalone without any software, there will be no way to retrieve an audit report of what fobs were used for access.

Yes, each of these fobs should have their ID number printed on the face of the credential for easy identification.

You are correct! The 9961's are programmed identical to the 9951's with the only difference being that the 9961's are key fob tags and the 9951's are proximity cards.

It gives the card more security in that each site can have a specific number so that even if a different site has the same card number that card cannot be used at that site because the facility code is different.

Only if you have access to the Administrative management software for the specific lock. Otherwise, no it cannot be randomly duplicated.
