Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Q How do the wires connect?(plug in, screw terminal, or crimp) answer now
Asked by Timothy Wedge on July 6, 2021 6:19 PM
    Answered by the admin

There is a supplied cable connector for this reader. The wires would be crimped with this cable, then plugged into the back of the reader.

  2. Answered by the admin

This reader can be installed in place of an existing reader as all access information is stored within the control panel that the reader is wired to.

  3. Q can this be used with NDE engage system? answer now
Asked by steven on December 1, 2018 10:00 AM
    A

It must be connected to the CTE control board in order to be used with Engage. We would recommend you speak with our Commercial sales team before purchasing.
