- A The ShurLoks have a patented system of one combination for the shackle and a second combination for the key compartment so that your lock box stays in place once you give access to the key compartment. If you know the key compartment code and forgot the shackle code, you will need your instructions and the chart in the instructions to discover the shackle code.
