    You are able to use as little or as many numbers as you desire for the combination. We typically recommend using ~5 digits.

    To release the shackle, you will need to remove the front combination chamber. With this removed, you should see a brass lever on the left side of the lock inside the key compartment. Simply lift this outward to release the shackle so that it can be removed from the door.

    We would recommend contacting the manufacturer or a local locksmith for assistance as this device does not feature a reset or override key.

    A No the code must be entered exactly as it was programmed in order to gain access to the lock.
