SCHLAGE® just made the key obsolete! Because no key means no more fumbling in your pockets or digging around your purse. It also means Schlage Touch™ is 100% pick-proof and bump-proof. All in a low-profile design that’s incredibly sleek and—since it’s a Schlage— incredibly strong. Sorry, keys, but it’s better this way.

GoKeyless is a trained and authorized Schlage® dealer. Sales, service, and support. It's why thousands of clients around the world choose GoKeyless™ for their security and access control needs each year. With Schlage Touch, no key means there’s nothing to lose, nothing to fiddle with, and—for intruders—nothing to pick.  All in a slim profile that’s every bit as sleek as it is strong.  This allows for a clean fit between the front door and screen door.  New touchscreen technologies don’t leave a trail of fingerprints, and let you punch in your code when it’s raining or you’re wearing gloves.  The batteries last so long you’ll forget it uses them, and best news yet, it’s an addition that makes your home stand out, and keeps kids and mom safe.  When you take out the key, it’s amazing what all you can add.  Along with no more keys, there is a lower price thanks to the new lighting design.  Schlage just made secure more affordable and longer lasting.  If you’ve been on the fence about going keyless, Schlage just brought out the product to make up your mind to go for it.  Along with safety and convenience, strong has a name.

Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Q Is the lock waterproofed for outdoor gates? answer now
Asked by Scott zimmerman on January 4, 2024 12:57 PM
    Answered by the admin

The exterior portion of the lock is weather rated but the interior side is not recommended for outdoor use and would not be recommended for gate applications where both sides of the lock is exposed to the elements.

  2. Answered by the admin

The default programming code can be found on the original paperwork that was included with the lock. If this is unavailable, you can retrieve this code from a sticker located on the back panel of the keypad unit (the lock will need to be removed from the door). Each Schlage unit is shipped with its own unique programming code from the manufacturer.

  3. Q I turned off lock and leave, how do I turn it on again? answer now
Asked by Richard Wilkes on June 2, 2021 11:15 PM
    Answered by the admin

To enable the Lock and Leave feature, please follow the sequence below:

    • Enter your 6-digit programming code and press the Schlage button
    • Press 7. The lock should give you a green light followed by a long beep.
  4. Q How do you change the code on this lock? answer now
Asked by LaToya on December 3, 2020 11:16 PM

How do I change a user code on the BE375?
1.) Enter your current 6-digit programming code
    2.) Press the Schlage button
3.) Press 1 on your keypad
4.) Enter your new 4-digit user code
5.) Re-enter your new 4-digit user code to confirm it!

  5. Q is this waterproof? answer now
Asked by Andrew Terrono on February 2, 2019 4:11 PM
    A

The exterior portion is weatherproofed for use on external doors.

No, this particular lock is not z-wave capable. For a Schlage z-wave capable deadbolt lock, you will need to purchase the BE469NX z-wave touchscreen deadbolt which when paired with the Nexia or Vera hub you can access it remotely with a cell phone.
  7. Q What happens when the battery dies. answer now
Asked by Jeff on June 6, 2017 9:25 AM
    A
Before the batteries die the lock will notify you that they are low. However, if you fail to change the batteries before they die you can use a 9v battery to power the lock from the outside so you can enter your code and open the door. You can then change your batteries.
