The Virdee app is the digital portal to your property’s amenities and services. Virdee allows users to skip the hassle of dealing with the front desk and quickly gain access to all your property has to offer right from their mobile device. No more waiting in line, waiting on the phone, or staff being tied up in lengthy check-in/check-out processes.
After their mobile check-in, guests can simply walk straight to their room or other access controlled spaces using their mobile device as a Bluetooth key. ID verification, payment processing, remote assistance, in-app purchases such as room upgrades and food services, and more are available right in your guest’s hands through the Virdee app.
For guests who aren’t ready to go fully mobile, the Virdee Kiosk provides the same quick and easy processes as the app but as a physical service station in your lobby. The Virdee Kiosk and mobile app work seamlessly together, allowing guests to start the process on one and complete with the other. This provides guests the convenience of being able to check-in from outside the property through the app and then pick up a physical keycard from the kiosk with a quick QR scan.
