This lock is not recommended for gate applications where the interior unit is exposed to the elements.
- Q I need LH, this looks like RH based on last two digits of SKU. How do I order the LH? answer nowAsked by April 17, 2021 10:14 PMonAnswered by the admin
The handing for this model comes field reversible and does not need to be ordered for left or right-handed doors.
- Q Is there a way to disable the wireless function or do you have this without wireless function? answer nowAsked by April 10, 2021 2:05 PMonAnswered by the admin
Yes, this can be ordered without a wireless network module. For this, you would need to place the order through our residential sales department at 937-247-9327, option 1.
- Q Is the lachtbolt lockable independently from the deadbolt? I ask because I would like to be able ... answer nowAsked by November 19, 2018 9:21 PMonA
No, the latch bolt is a passage latch bolt. It would not provide any additional security as it is smaller than the deadbolt itself and if the deadbolt is compromised the latch can do nothing to stop it as it is a smaller throw than the deadbolt.

If by standard setup you mean 5.5 inches from center to center, yes, you can order it in that setup. You can also do 4 inches center to center, but you cannot do anything different than those two measurements.
- Q How long does the battery last? Maybe the better question is how many unlocks/locks? Is there a w... answer nowAsked by August 20, 2018 9:01 PMonA
The average lifespan for the batteries is about one year depending on the usage. The Audit trail is more dependent upon the app you use as it can vary from one HUB manufacturer to the next as that is all depending on what their app does and not the lock itself. Durability is more or less related to the environment where the product is installed and is quite subjective. This is however, an ANSI rated Grade 2 lock and it comes with a three year mechanical and one year electronic and finishes warranty. Again, the usage of Alexa and Google is dependent on the HUB system you have and not the lock.
