Yes, we are able to rekey these units prior to shipping. We would recommend communicating with a sales representative when placing the order so that they may collect the information needed to have the lock keyed to your existing combination.

If the door is locked, a code or the manual key will be needed to retract the deadbolt and allow entry. The bottom handle is a passage handle and will always retract the latch when turned.

The software programming for schedules is attached to the user and not to the lock itself. So you can program a user to be able to come in during those times, but to have the lock, lock and unlock itself is not possible on a schedule.
- Q When door is locked with deadbolt would you be able to turn the latchbolt from the outside? answer nowAsked by February 22, 2019 11:59 PMonA
For the YRC226: Single point lock. Latchbolt is operated by either lever at all times. Deadbolt activated by touchscreen or key on outside or by thumbturn on inside. Interior lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
- Q Will this cover bores door holes predrilled to 2.375 inches? answer nowAsked by July 21, 2018 7:17 PMonA Yes with the lock and faceplates will be able to cover that size of bore hole.

This unit was easy to install and set up.
Should have included key tumbler with order.
Order took to long to deliver (about 90 days, when only after pestering repeatedly about the delivery date)
Price of unit is high, over $500 with lock set key tumbler included
Unit works grate, keypad is nice and very responsive, unit is makes some noise but is not overly loud (just enough to let you know that it did in fact lock)
Only wish was that the handle when system is locked would be operable (disengaged when the door is locked, meaning it would turn but nothing moves internally)
I would consider getting 2 more units but the price is to high.

We had a keyless in our old rental. We hired a locksmith to install (I’m NOT very handy), but the programming was easy peasy. The locksmith was here for 30 minutes, and just charged the trip charge and the min. labor. $135.00 all in.
