Yale Assure YRD216-CBA
WiFi Smart Deadbolt
$277.50
Best lock in the world? Certainly possible. Built to the strong Yale standards with a smart Yale Access brain. One of the biggest wishes we get from those with the traditional August lock is to control it from the door and not the app every time. Wish granted.

The Yale Assure Lock series offers true peace of mind through remote lock access and monitoring wherever you are. With the Yale Access app and your smartphone or tablet you can remotely lock and unlock your door, track lock usage, adjust lock settings, and share unique access codes with friends and family. Codes can be further customized for scheduled access, for contractors, weekend visits from the in-laws or a few hours on weekdays for the sitter. The Yale Access app will also let you see whether your door is open or closed with the DoorSense magnetic sensor, useful for tricky or misaligned doors. Coming home with hands full of groceries or kids in tow? Your Assure lock can automatically unlock when it detects your phone as you approach your door and relock behind you when you enter. Control your lock with your voice through Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple’s Siri. The lock can even talk to you, helping with lock setup and options, creating codes, a tamper alarm, and more.

I installed this lock (silver) on my basement door to the back yard. I have another (black) one on my garage-to-basement door, and another (brass) on my front door. These are the best locks I have ever had: easy to use and easy to program, with all the features I could ask for. I had all three keyed the same, so family members need only one emergency key, and I have their passwords linked to all three locks (although it is quite easy to assign a password to only one lock, if you want). The cleaning lady has her own code that only works on Tuesday mornings. The auto-lock and auto-unlock features are extremely convenient.
Highly recommended.

It’s a great product with four different ways of entrance. The only issue I have is with the Doorsense. My door is made out of metal with a hallow interior made of insulation. Doorsense is calibrated using the proximity of a magnet placed on the door frame side. I’ve emailed GoKeyless for technical support on a Saturday. I got a quick response from them by Saturday evening and we are in the process of troubleshooting Doorsense, as of this writing. Other than that, I’m very happy with the design, the sturdy construction, ease of use and detailed installation instructions.
