GoKeyless™ is a factory trained and authorized Yale Real Living™ dealer. Sales, service, support, valid warranties. It's why thousands of clients around the world choose GoKeyless™ for their security and access control needs each year. Experience the keyless entry amenity of being "on vacation" year round with the Assure touchscreen deadbolt lock by Yale.  On your last trip to your cottage getaway, mountain retreat, or beach rental, you were likely treated to the enhanced security, easy living, instant access, and effortless convenience of a keyless lock.  Why only enjoy the power and freedom this ground-breaking technology gives you one week during the Summer, when you can own it every day, 365 days a year.  Simply stated, Yale keyless deadbolts liberate you from keys.  We're accustomed to using a key for unlocking the door to the garage, back door, and front entry door, but you won't believe how incredible you'll feel the first time you code in your personal PIN and hear the sound of your new Yale touchscreen lock automatically opening.  All those precious seconds you waste knocking repeatedly at the door for someone to let you in, you can now spend with the family you love.  More than anything, with Yale Real Living, life doesn't control you, you control life.  When you only have 30 minutes to get your jog in before dinner, you can bolt out the front door, without waiting on the garage door to lift.  When you put your little boy on the bike for a ride around the block, you can blast down the driveway without awkwardly inching over to the garage keypad while straddling your crossbar.  The next time your in-laws call saying they'll be there in an hour when you can't leave work, just give them the temporary code you programmed in ahead of time.  The truth is the basic deadbolt lock is fast becoming a dinosaur.  Walk into any home in your neighborhood and the chances of seeing a tube television set will be extremely rare, flat screens rule the day.  Make no mistake about this.  The time is approaching when the people in your neighborhood will all don keyless locks.  The question is do you want to pioneer this technology on your street, or regret the years you missed out on because you were the last one to make the change.  You may be asking why the Yale touchscreen lock is at the higher end of the price range for electronic deadbolt locks.  It's justified.  When you take the time to look at the Yale Real Living deadbolt lock up close you notice immediately its distinct and substantial quality of materials.  Nobody can match Yale's security, physical, and electronic characteristics either.  Take for instance the fact this lock comes with a 'user adjustable' wrong code alarm, a tamper alarm, and privacy button.  Even more impressive is the rubber backing of the keypad which protects your door, and seals against moisture.  You're paying for quality, and it's a lock you will be proud to own. About Yale Reaching back nearly 150 years, Yale is one of the oldest international brands in the world and one of the best-known names in the locking industry. The Yale history captures major innovations that have marked the evolution not just of Yale, but of the entire locking industry.

Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Answered by the admin

Yes! This lock offers an auto-relock feature that can be set to relock the door 5-30 seconds after being unlocked. This setting can only be enabled or disabled by using the master code.

  2. Answered by the admin

The Yale Assure lock can be controlled by third-party smarthome hubs. The MyQ garage door opener does not have the capability to control other devices.

  3. Q I need help on connecting my phone to the YRD226 lock. answer now

    Answered by the admin

This model does not support smartphone connectivity unless a network module is installed and the lock is paired with a smart home controller such as Vera or Alexa.

  4. Answered by the admin

You should certainly be able to with this model as this can be used as a stand-alone lock without internet connectivity.

  5. Answered by the admin

The standard operating temperature for this lock is  -22°F to 140°F.

  6. Answered by the admin

Yes, these two units should match up greatly! Yale is now a part of the ASSA ABLOY group and has rebranded the arrow lock under the Yale name.

  7. Answered by the admin

If you are using the YRD226 with the August connect kit, then this would be considered a smart lock that can be controlled from any location. Otherwise. you will typically want the Z-Wave module to pair this unit to a Vera or similar smart hub.

  8. Answered by the admin

This lock can be used with an existing smart hub such as Vera or Google Home if you have a Z-Wave module installed in the lock itself (https://www.gokeyless.com/product/yale-z-wave-radio-module/)

  9. Q Is there a way to set my smartphone to my door lock? What is needed? answer now
Asked by Hiram Bey on October 9, 2019 11:49 PM
    Answered by the admin

To connect the Yale YRD226 to a smartphone for controlling the lock, you will need to have a Z-Wave network module installed and pair this lock to a smarthub, such as Vera or SmartThings. Otherwise, the YRD446 model ships with a BLE radio preinstalled that will allow you to directly connect your phone to your lock without additional hardware.

  10. Answered by the admin

As long as the key alike service is added to the order and the key number of your Schlage lock is provided, we can certainly have this lock keyed prior to it leaving our facilities.
