    The Saflok System 6000 Windows-Based Access Management System provides a convenient solution to control all of your Saflok brand locks in one place. Connect with one of dormakaba’s mobile access solutions that allow guests to receive their room key credentials on their mobile device prior to arrival and bypass the front-desk check-in process. Fully customize access to specific areas or floors for both guest and staff. You can also program one keycard or mobile device to access multiple rooms and restrict access after guests check out. You can monitor and access key ID, verify and interrogate credentials, and receive 1,000 detailed reports of the most recent activity (user and authorization, transaction history, lock and key interrogation). With the optional System 6000 Plus upgrade, you can implement changes such as adding a new lock, enable remote key encoding allowing guests to receive their room keys before arriving, and create access keys for large groups like a wedding or convention ahead of time for specific dates and duration of their stay.

    If connecting an encoder and/or handheld LPI device directly to workstation, at least one (1) USB port must be available for encoder connection and at one (1) USB port for handheld LPI connection; encoders can also utilize a TCP/IP (network) connection

    Minimum hardware specifications: Quad-core, 2 GHz or greater CPU / 8GB or greater RAM / 100GB available hard drive space
    Virtual Machine environments are supported with the following minimum resource allocation: Quad-core, 2 Ghz or greater CPU allocation / 8GB or greater RAM / 100GB available hard drive space
    If more than two (2) workstations are to be used with Saflok, an Ethernet network is required
