How We Started
On an average day in 2003, co-founder Josh Stamps stopped for groceries on his way home from work. With groceries in one arm and a briefcase in the other, he reached his front door and fumbled for his keys. Just as he thought he had it under control, the groceries came crashing down. He quite literally spilled the milk. That moment got him thinking:
Why was keyless access still so difficult to find and use?
Josh and co-founder Brandon Atchley saw an opportunity to make keyless access easier to buy, install, and use.
The Problem We Solve
Most access control projects involve three companies. You buy the hardware from one, hire someone else to install it, and call a third party when something goes wrong. Nobody actually owns the problem. What should be simple turns into a runaround. GoKeyless handles all three. We sell it, we install it, and we're the ones you call when something isn't working.

Our Story Began...
On just an average day when our co-founder, Josh Stamps, made a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home from work. Eager to be home, one arm with groceries, the other with briefcase, he walked towards the front door. Then he faced a challenge we all have experienced, the inevitable need to retrieve your house key. The fumble began and for a moment it seemed he could recover until….the groceries come crashing down to the ground as he quite literally spilled the milk.
“Why can’t there be a better way?!”
This universal problem left him asking exactly that. It then sparked an idea that couldn’t be stopped. One event led to a revolution that spread throughout the world. 18 years later and over 5 million locks sold proves that keys are a problem and we have the solution!
