Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee may apply if approved to the following:
- Special order products (if approved).
- Open-box items that are missing parts (if approved).
- Items returned after 30 days (if approved).
- Additional restocking fees may be applied at GoKeyless’s discretion based on the condition of the returned item.
What is a Special Order Product?
- Special order products are items that are custom-ordered, built-to-order, or not typically stocked by GoKeyless. These may include:
- Custom-configured locks or access systems.
- Non-standard finishes or unique keying options.
- Large-volume orders placed specifically for a customer.
- Any item that is marked as a special order at the time of purchase.
- Special order items are non-returnable unless approved by GoKeyless.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
- GoKeyless will provide a UPS return shipping label for all approved returns.
- If the return is due to a GoKeyless error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Defective Products
- If an item is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting.
- When requesting a return, the customer must provide GoKeyless with the trouble ticket number obtained from the manufacturer.
