Complete disaster. I set the combination and tried it out at home several times to be sure it would work. I parked, locked the car and put the keyfob in the key safe. Returning 2 hours later, I could not get the key safe to open. After 30 minutes of trying different order, different placement, everything I could think of, I called my wife to bring the spare key fob for the car. At home I cut the hasp. The safe fell to the driveway and popped open. This product is also poorly designed, making it hard to disengage the hasp. I have asked for my money back. I found another brand, FCS, that works smoothly.

Bought this lockbox and was going to be used for a pet sitter to check on my pet while I was out of town. The first night I used it and went on vacation, someone was able to compromise it within minutes to get the keys and break into our apartment complex and steal packages and bikes. This lock is obviously garbage and doesn't protect or deter anything. I called MasterLock to see what they would do about it and was only told that "the lock isn't made to protect anything, only deter robbers from trying to break in". Obviously, it's not much of a deterrent. If I could give zero stars, then I would. I would not trust MasterLock to make anything good and will post this same review everywhere I can to ensure people do not buy this product.
