Manufacturer Announcement: End of Support E-Plex Enterprise Software

dormakaba has announced the immediate discontinuation of E-Plex Enterprise Software and all related support as of Thursday, December 11, 2025. This change is due to a recent Windows 11 update that creates a critical incompatibility, making the software unusable on newer versions of the operating system.

What this means for existing users

The software may still run on older systems (such as Windows 10 or early, stable releases of Windows 11), but continued use is at your own risk, as neither the manufacturer nor our team can guarantee support in unsupported environments.

All future development and technical support for E-Plex Enterprise Software has ended.
