  • Scheduled Access for Multifamily: End Rekeying Between Turns

by Summer Havron 1 min read

A lease has a start date and an end date. Most keys don't. That gap is where onsite teams lose hours: collecting keys, calling the locksmith, rekeying units, tracking vendor copies and answering lockout calls after hours. Scheduled access closes it.

RemoteLock scheduled accessLet the lease drive the credential

With RemoteLock, resident credentials can be issued at move-in and expired at move-out automatically, so there is nothing to collect and nothing to rekey between residents. PIN codes, mobile keys, fobs and cards can all follow the same schedule.

Give vendors a window, not a copy

Maintenance techs, cleaners and outside vendors receive time-bound access for the hours they are scheduled. When the window closes, access ends, and the event log shows who entered which door and when.

Tours and amenities on the same clock

Prospects can tour after hours without a staff escort, with access that ends when the tour does. Amenity spaces, package rooms, fitness centers, garages and gates can run on the same schedules as unit doors.

Who sets it up, and who you call

Software only helps if it is configured well. As an Authorized RemoteLock Partner, GoKeyless sets up the account, onboards your onsite team and provides first-line support after go live. We also confirm which of your current locks are compatible before recommending any hardware.

Want access on a schedule, not a key ring? Tell GoKeyless how many units you manage and how many rekeys and lockout calls your team handled last month. Talk to an access expert. Or see it live at our 30-minute RemoteLock showcase on November 12 at 1 PM ET.
