GoKeyless™ is a factory trained and authorized Alarm Lock dealer. Sales, service, support, valid warranties. It's why thousands of clients around the world choose GoKeyless™ for their security and access control needs each year. Buzz-In of Trilogy Cylindrical Locks — No Electric Strikes or Power Supply Needed! Operations managers, facility & plant directors, security officers, administrators, and business owners when asked what the single biggest thing is they wish they could do with their Trilogy locks, always respond by saying how they'd like to be able to open them with the push of a button — similar to a buzz-in system.  You commonly see push buttons in a manager's office, on a receptionist's desk, or shop floor wall.  They save time.  When you're busy, and someone needs temporary access, it's more efficient to push a button instead of wasting time physically going to the door.  Depending on how familiar you are with these setups, it's likely dawning on you that this would be nice to have for a more complete door entry system, but from what you've seen or heard, can be rather complex and cost prohibitive to do.  More often than not you'd be right.  Typically, you either have to cable from the door back to the secretary's desk, or channel through the door into the lock.  It's why most will just forego this option.  Alarm Lock recognized this, and took a number of steps to ensure their remote release option was simple, and streamlined.  In fact, the process for adding this feature to their Trilogy locks is now no more difficult than removing the battery cover on an existing or new Trilogy cylindrical lock, locating the 2 white remote release wires, and black and red battery pack wires, and then connecting the RR-RECEIVER.  The RR-RECEIVER is included in your RR-TRILOGYKIT, along with a RR-1BUTTON desk mounted button.  Place the button where you want, and that's it.  It really is that simple.  You can add remote release to any cylindrical Trilogy dating back to 1994.

We installed this remote kit on a DL2700 for a mental health office. The receptionist loved that she could simply use the remote from her desk and keep any codes private. Easy install and pairing instructions. Great product

Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Q Can this be installed on the Dl1300? answer now
Asked by Greg on September 7, 2022 11:01 PM

This can be installed with the DL1300NW but not with the standard DL1300.

Asked by Dave Worley on December 2, 2020 3:59 PM

The remote itself is battery operated. The receiver is hardwired into the battery pack on the lock itself.

  3. Q Can I use this with a Trilogy Networx PDL6300? answer now
Asked by Cleveland Fielding on March 18, 2020 11:11 AM

This is compatible with the PDL6100 but this kit will not work with double-sided models such as the PDL6300.

  4. A

Unfortunately, the remote release kit does not offer extenders for the remote fob. The range from the receiver to the remote is roughly 100 feet.

  5. A

For the ETDL model, you will need the RR-Mortise release kit as this specific version does not have the necessary connectors to pair with the ETDL.

  6. Q Is there a tone or "buzz" when the door is unlocked? answer now
Asked by Nick on September 26, 2019 3:32 PM

By default, there is not. The lock will simply 'click' when moving between a locked and unlocked state.

  7. A

Each single-button remote can only be paired with one specific locking device at a time. The 4-button fob can be paired with up to 4 devices at any time.

  8. A Yes! Each RR-Receiver can be paired with up to 50 separate remotes per lock.
  9. Q Will this work with a DL 3500DB & CR answer now
    Asked by B on May 28, 2019 7:25 PM

No, you need the mortise kit release and it will only work with the CR version and not the deadbolt.

  10. Q Will the remote release work on the DL5200? answer now
Asked by Brett on February 14, 2019 10:32 AM

Yes, this will work with the double sided.
