There is no key override available for the Lockey 1150 but this is an option for the Lockey 2835 model with the KOS key override kit. The 1150 model is a latch bolt device only and does not include a deadbolt.

In order for the lock to require a code to access the door from both sides, you will need the double-sided model, Lockey 1150DC.

This unit stands roughly 5 inches above the center of the bore hole after being installed. On a standard 5 1/2" door prep, this unit would not leave room for a deadbolt above.

We certainly do! You will need the EXT-KIT 1150 thick door kit for this model.

Yes, you can enter the code in any order as long as you get the right numbers.

While it will fit those dimensions it is recommended that you speak with our gate sales to ensure that you have the proper setup on your gate to install this lock.

We scoured the interent for a marine grade, corrosion resistant combination lock that could work on beach gates at our ocean front property and found the lockey combination lock that fit our specifications. The lock was installed over a year ago and still works as expected. We liked it so much we have purchased more for other outdoor areas on our property.

We don’t have saltwater here but we have scorching sun, summer days over 100, and high winds with dust. Lock is doing great on the hot west side of the steel building after 3 years!

I rated it a 4 because I found GOKEYLESS to be very helpful, and I found the lock set to be well built, and reasonably easy to install. I would have rated it a Five, but the door handle is ridiculously small. My hands are not large, yet I can only get three fingers around the grip, with no room left over for the pinky. This makes for uncomfortable operation. I think that the manf. should point out in the specifications that this is a “child size” door handle!
