Customer Questions & Answers
- Q What is the difference between with door status sensor or without? answer nowAsked by July 23, 2020 3:48 PMonAnswered by the admin
The door status sensor allows for a remote indicator of whether the door is open or closed when wired to an access control system that offers this feature. This sensor does not affect the functionality of the lock.

This would depend on the keypad or switch that this is wired to. If the reader/panel/switch supports a passage function, this lock can be set to remain unlocked for a period of time.
- Q Can this be unlocked from a button located far from the door, like inside an interior office, to ... answer nowAsked by June 3, 2020 5:21 PMonAnswered by the admin
Yes, this model can be wired to a remote release switch to release the lock without needing to be at the door itself.
- Answered by the admin
You would need a separate locking mechanism for each door.
