Customer Questions & Answers
- Q Do you carry remote key fobs that would pair with this system? answer nowAsked by February 3, 2020 6:18 PMonAnswered by the admin
This model does not offer native fob entry. For this particular model, you would need to wire in a remote release system with a compatible remote fob. If you are looking for mag-lock options that do natively work with a remote fob, please feel free to contact our sales staff at 937-247-9327, option 1 or at [email protected].
- Q What does fail-safe entail? How long does the internal backup battery last? answer nowAsked by January 29, 2020 5:24 PMonAnswered by the admin
Fail-safe refers to the strike and what happens when the power goes out. Fail-safe means that the lock requires power to stay locked, so the door will be unlocked if power is lost. Fail-secure means that power is required to unlock your door, so the door will remain locked if power is disconnected.
