The Yale Assure Lock series offers true peace of mind through remote lock access and monitoring wherever you are. With the Yale Access app and your smartphone or tablet you can remotely lock and unlock your door, track lock usage, adjust lock settings, and share unique access codes with friends and family. Codes can be further customized for scheduled access, for contractors, weekend visits from the in-laws or a few hours on weekdays for the sitter. The Yale Access app will also let you see whether your door is open or closed with the DoorSense magnetic sensor, useful for tricky or misaligned doors. Coming home with hands full of groceries or kids in tow? Your Assure lock can automatically unlock when it detects your phone as you approach your door and relock behind you when you enter. Control your lock with your voice through Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple’s Siri. The lock can even talk to you, helping with lock setup and options, creating codes, a tamper alarm, and more.

Yes, this lock will still accept existing codes even if the WiFi network is down. However, you will not be able to utilize the mobile app during this time. If the WiFi signal is weak you may experience inconsistent performance, depending on the strength (or lack thereof) of the signal.

This lock comes with a Bluetooth module that allows you to connect to it with a smartphone.

Yes! When connected via Wi-Fi, the lock can be controlled from any location. The lock can be installed on a 2 1/2" borehole, but you may want to install a cover plate behind the front half of the lock to ensure that the hole is completely covered properly.

We recommend exchanging the batteries at least once a year. The actual battery life is dependant on usage.

Yes, if you have a 4th generation apple TV within Bluetooth range of your August Smart Lock that is set up to work with HomeKit. You can then use Siri remotely or operate remotely through the August app.

You would not need anything else and it already comes with the chipset to increase the total number of users from the 25 to the 250.

Directly no, but if you have a Z-wave hub that connects with an Echo you can make that part of your system which would then allow you to lock and unlock with Alexa. You would need at least a Vera hub with this lock set.

This lock works perfectly. I’ve used it a few months now and have only had 1 issue of not connecting to wifi which was easily corrected by unblocking a bulky item from in front of the bridge.
It works great to keep track of kids and door status (alerts for both).

Purchased this keyless lock to replace the old deadbolt lock. The finish was a direct match to my current hardware and the install was easy for most DIY homeowners. The lock is sturdy and all its features are working as advertised. The mobile app is a great addition and provides easy setup and programming. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

The tech support from GoKeyLess was great and got me to this product. The installation was easy (Not as quick – I am no lock smith), but got it in and worked great. I still have to get the app to work, but will get around to that. So far so good! I would recommend this and the GoKeyless Team.

I was not previously aware of the level of excellence that Yale products afford. The 3-D lock-installation App, the awesome rigor of the
August App. The over-the-top 24/7 tech support of the August team. All these things set a new standard to me. I had very unconventional issues that the August support tech was able to untangle. At this point, Yale will be my go-to provider based on this experience.

We bought this lock as our kids have lost many keys and we wanted something that have us the ability to not have to worry about all the extra keys that are floating around. But after getting it, we realized it does something that was driving us crazy, it automatically locks the door after the kids forget to. So we now have peace of mind that our kids can get in, we know our door is locked and we know who goes in by the code that is entered. Just outstanding!
