Great product, we use it on exterior gates and never have any issues. Strongly recommend it!
The lock works fine. However, I was told by the sales person told me that the lock fit into a standard predrilled hole for a prehung door and the lock requires a much smaller hole. I had to buy extra tools and drill a new hole and leave on old deadbolt to install. You need to carry mechanical locks that fit predrilled factory door holes for lock and knob. Another option would be to supply the appropriate hole drill for the lock.
Lockley's custlmer service is awful. When one's lock isn't working one shouldn't have to wait in an overnight for a retun call which comes late the next day. Lockley doesn't care about their cutomer's safety
