Michelle Delpopolo

Michelle Delpopolo joined GoKeyless and the smart access industry in 2025 as Director of Customer Care. She brings hands-on experience in customer care, customer experience, team leadership, and access-control solutions, focused on helping customers navigate complex products. Michelle leads the Customer Care team at GoKeyless, where she has driven improvements to customer communication, including enhancements to the phone system and processes that help her team connect with customers more efficiently and consistently. She has built a team culture where employees feel heard and empowered, and where customers know that a call to GoKeyless means a team that will listen, take ownership, and follow through. Her specialties include customer care and customer experience, team leadership and development, customer communication, access-control solutions, and process improvement across customer-care operations.
