He holds CompTIA A+ and ITF+ certifications and is a certified installer across the major access and video platforms, including Hanwha, Avigilon ACC7 and Unity 8, and Milestone as a Certified Integration Technician. Owen has remotely managed, commissioned, and troubleshot access control, intrusion, and video systems at more than 300 sites for a Fortune Global 500 company. At GoKeyless he leads technical care, making complex system setup and configuration straightforward for customers.
