No more suffering from keys! Articles are all over the web telling you how to get into a locked desk, metal filing cabinet, and drawer. The reason is the keys used to keep these storage facilities locked are notorious for getting misplaced, and lost. In fact, these keys are such a nightmare, walk through any office and you are bound to see keys dangling from the cabinet lock itself! We don't have to tell you this couldn't be less secure. Remove your current cam lock, and fit the Combi Cam Ultra 7432 4-dial lock in its place. The Combi-Cam Ultra lets you keep your cabinets and drawers locked without jeopardizing your ability to quickly open them. New to the Ultra line of Combi Cam locks is a pick resistant master key override (keys sold separately), and code retrieval. This gives you an emergency key back up option, along with the flexibility of combination recovery, and multiple-person access. It is the only combination cam lock we are aware of to do this. This is to ensure that there is enough clearance on the backside of the door/drawer to mount the locking cam. If the door was 3/4" thick and you ordered the 7/8" length cylinder, the cam would not have enough space to attach to the cylinder.

Yes, this lock is fully mechanical and can certainly be used for outdoor applications.

The new locks would need to be set to match your current keys combination. The master key should have the combination numbers printed on the physical key. As long as this information is provided during the time of sale, we can have the new locks ordered to work with your current key.

Lock works great once you get the hang of setting it up. Instructions kinda suck. There should be a great big bold statement on the picture stating KEYS SOLD SEPARATELY because they are not included. What’s the first thing you see besides the lock when you’re shopping for one?? THE KEYS HANGING OUT OF THE LOCK!! .
