With these locks, the software interfaces through a handheld device called the HHD. So you must physically be at the lock with the programmer. You would load the software onto a PC and then transfer the information to the HHD and carry the HHD to the lock. Plug it in and then program the lock.

However, we can set this type of schedule when utilizing the software to program. While you can do some programming at the keypad you are limited in what functions are available as well as you have no access to audit trails or more complex schedules and holidays.

The original task was to find a set of lockers that would work during a designated time of the day but this proved to be costly. As an alternative, I looked into the Schlage CO200 lock and built an outer shell for lockers that were not time-based. The Schlage lock has worked perfectly, and although it takes a little time to master the programming it is easy to maintain and update when needed. I highly recommend this lock, even if you are only working with a few of them. They are durable and function as advertised. I will use them again!
