The interior handle is a passage handle and will always be able to retract the latch to exit. This feature cannot be disabled on this model.

This could be an installation issue or the latch could be rotated in the wrong direction. We would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer's support for installation assistance at 866-322-1237.

Follow the steps below to replace the battery within your FE595:
1.) Remove the two screws from the interior portion of the unit. These should be located above and below the manual knob.
2.) Remove the interior cover from the unit.
3.) Exchange the 9V battery from within the unit.

Yes, the handing is field reversible so it will work with LH or RH doors.

It does not. They only offer the Satin Chrome in this handle style. They do, however, offer other handle styles in the Aged Bronze such as the FE695 Latitude. It would be the closest option to this style available unless you moved to a commercial grade lock.

We have installed these locks onto every outside entry door. They are great to use for allowing different personnel to have different codes. I just wish there was a way to download the info from them to see who is coming and going. We do have one that the handle for the inside part of the lock arrived damaged. Overall all great piece of gear if you are trying to get rid of the requirements for keys. Also if the lock would flash when the battery needs to be replaced instead of us finding out by accident.

I just bought this one for a server room. I bought the first one in 2010 after my house was burgularized. I bough a second one in 2012 when I built my shed. They all work great. When the battery starts to run out it flashes red then green when you enter the code. If the battery is good it just flashes green and just flashes red if you enter the wrong code.

Purchased 40 lock sets to install on individual offices at work to comply with HIPPA regulations. Installation took less than 10 minutes each and so far each lock works perfectly. Now instead of 40 plus individual keys to keep track I have one that I can use in case of an emergency. No more re-keying locks every time we have an employee turn over, just reset the entry code and your done. Cost is comparable to standard traditional keyed commercial lock-sets. Awesome product.

This lockset was the best solution for my condominium and I’m very pleased with the installation. The fact the door automatically locks behind me is a huge improvement over the original hardware that required a key be used to lock the door. The instructions are very easy to follow to add or delete a code and I have already used that feature to remove access to unauthorized persons. The old lockset wasn’t just an easy switch-out, however, so I had to get a locksmith to come and install a “plate” to cover up the old deadbolt hole. Money well spent and the installation looks great.

This is the 3rd doorlock I have purchased through GoKeyless. I purchased 2 last year and wanted to add a third for our “snack shack” where we leave our alcohol. We had a biometric locks on all doors but did not work all that well. We use Schlage at work and like them. I do love these locks so far. Now myself and my wife have a code for the garage, snack shack and house, and each one have an unique code that other individuals have access to what we want them to have.
The 3rd one we asked to be keyed alike. It came with 1 pin off. I emailed GoKeyless the next day and was told to send cylinder and good key in. I did this on Monday and Friday I had my lock back.
The reason I did my second purchase with GoKeyless, is the same reason I will buy from them again. Prices are good, but customer service is outstanding. This customer service is what makes a great company. Thanks.
