Unfortunately the Simplex 5031 is not compatible with panic hardware. If the Simplex line of locks are what you're looking for, the Simplex LP1020 is exit trim compatible!

This model does not support dual authentication as only one access code may be set at a time.

You can change it daily and it takes a couple of minutes to change the code, but it will only hold a single code at a time. We would recommend that you speak with our commercial multi-family team before purchasing to ensure you are getting the best product for your needs.

Yes, this can be used on a pool gate and we would recommend that you speak with our sales department to ensure that you purchase not only the lock itself but any additional items that might be needed such as a steel or aluminum gate box that would be used with metal gates, or any gate closers.
