What Good Is the Gate If It's Not Closed
No special skills required to install the TB175 slow-close gate closer by Lockey®. Replicating many of the design and functionality features of the Kant Slam gate closer, the Lockey TB175 does it one better with improved seals and a higher performing cylinder. An amazing little device to handle pool gates, tool crib gates, access gates, garden gates, picket gates, barrier gates, and even light weight non-fire rated doors with ease. The TB 175 assembles with a simple fit on flush gate and frame arrangements less than 120lbs in weight, and no more than 54" in width. Gate closer features fully adjustable travel/latching speeds for a gentle and controlled close every time.
Many of our clients use the TB100 in conjunction with the Lockey double sided 2835DC, 2210DC, 2230DC, 1150DC keyless gate locks, and Combi-Bolt CB2000. This powerful hardware combination provides secured, self-closing access control with the convenience of keyless entry.

This is a great product. Easy to install and adjust. Much better option than the typical closers.
Never installed it. Installer said it would only allow my gate to open more than couple feet if that much. Nowhere enough to get my wheelchair thru gate it door
Very easy to install & adjust. I have 4 pedestrian gates on our condo property. Gates were being left open, left ajar while decreasing our security. After installing these closures, they now all stay closed & locked.
I never opened the box and the company would not honor a return. Disappointed! Pool installer wanted to use another product and that is how construction sites work. The company was terrible
